Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1914176.
Dear whom it may concern,
My windscreen on my 2019 ford fiesta now has a crack on it from the stone chips on the roads along the A413 near the Amersham Hospital. where there is loose gravel on that road from cars overtaking and the stones from the floor gets flicked up . Which then hit my windscreen that resulted in cracking my windscreen. Please see images attached
This will cost me about £400/£500 to fix which i do not have the spare money to get it fixed.
I do want you as the council to pay for my replacements windscreen due to they are your roads that caused this to happen and was not my fault.
Please send me your relevant details, where I will be sending my invoice to you in order for you to pay the cost of this.
Regards
Jack Kirby
