Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Dear transport to Buckinghamshire I would like to report again the Failure of the soundproofing fiancé indicated ,which was put in within the 278 works for the Buckingham Tesco’s roundabout to mitigate against the 1972 highway act as roadworks were moved closer to the properties of my constituents please advise when you’re going to replace the post to keep this fence in good order otherwise residents would have the right to claim Against the council under the highway act Through noise pollution. You may ask why I know this because it’s because I organise as the county member And have kept all relating correspondence from this-time regarding Seeing the developer Erected that fence as indicated.Which is my private correspondence with the council/developers on this matter . Kind regards Councillor Robin Stuchbury Disclaimer I apologise for any spelling or grammar mistakes as was educated by Buckinghamshire county council who at the time did not recognise dyslexia At the time and anything I say within this correspondence is without prejudice,
