Ref 40121824 Your reply to the above ref ? TfB have installed dropped kerbs at the junction of Station rd & Boundary rd in Taplow .Selfish commuters are parking on top of the junction so the use of these dropped kerbs cannot be accessed by Pedestrians to cross this road junction .The Highway code Waiting & Parking 243/244 states that dropped kerbs should not be obstructed so pedestrians ,wheelchair & mobility scooters & parents with prams can use them .I have made you aware of this problem as you are the Highways Authority .
