Road into SM before 30mph sign

Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 09:26, Wednesday 15 January 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Lower Road entering Stoke Mandeville from Aylesbury right before the 30mph sign. Flooding on the road is building up. Drain obviously blocked as water flowing the wrong way. Tarmac is breaking up. Flooding also causes major problems using the path alongside the road as drivers do not slow down. Those that do have to go in the middle of the road. This has been reported multiple times and nothing has happened. Issue is every time there is heavy rain. Issue has been present for some time now.
