South side of culvert for Westend Ditch

Culvert is ether blocked or does not have capacity to take water under the A41 when rain occurs. This is causing flooding to the rear of properties 1 - 4 Beaufort Close. Please investigate and confirm who has responsibility for this Culvert and what action can be taken.

  • House numbers 4-7 at risk. Culvert almost overwhelmed & large section of tree now also close to blockin flow.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out, we work on a priority based risk matrix in line with our Highway Inspection Policy and therefore programme times can change due to priority based working.
