After rain, water sits on pavement

Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 22:57, Friday 17 January 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

The drain is blocked so rain water accumulates in the pavement and road making the pavement impassable by pedestrians. Many elderly people and children are forced to walk in the road to get around the water. The drain is always full to the top with water. It is a main school route for children. The drain is at the end of Institute Rd on the left just past the junction with Station Rd, just after 35 Institute Rd.
