Severe subsidence, 3”, danger to pedestrians.

The traumas has subsided length ways making it very hard to avoid.

3” ridge, children on bikes would suffer facial damage through a fall, elderly will suffer a hip fracture or cranial damage.

Litigation success would be very high.

Please repair or cut back the ridge with urgency.

    This has been added to our programme of works. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out, we work on a priority based risk matrix in line with our Highway Inspection Policy and therefore programme times can change due to priority based working.

  • Nail reported that they will get around to it, sometime in the future.

    The fact that it is a danger to pedestrians and used by the school run has not been recognised.

    Litigation is possible now it has been reported.
