When will this be dealt with??

Reported via iOS in the Trees category anonymously at 15:05, Monday 27 January 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Despite several calls from myself and my partner and equal amount of denials of responsibility, reports that the matter has been dealt with and is closed, as well as my emails being ignored one wonders when you will actually deal with this? The tree has already fallen on to one car writing it off, and your team came 11 hours after the promised 2 hour response to merely 'shake the tree' to remove further loose bits. They clearly didn't shake it hard enough as I have spent the last 10 days watching this bough slip further down and is looking extremely precarious now. The tree is rotten, and with the weight of the rain and increasing wind it is an accident waiting to happen. The local residents have simply moved the cones that were there and are now all parking beneath it once again. Will it fall as they exit their cars? Will it fall the other way onto the very popular walk, Thame path? Or will it fall onto the many children who frequent this area from the neighbouring school? Who knows. Perhaps instead of putting so much effort into denying responsibility or procrastinating you could send 'real experts' out to deal with this??!!
