Traffic island between the bell pub and bellmore centre have no lights. Also covered in mud so dont reflect any headlights

Reported in the Bollard light not working category anonymously at 19:07, Monday 27 January 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Traffic from construction sites and flooded roads have left 3 sets of road bollards covered in mud so dont reflect back any light from headlights. The lights in them have been out for several years. Very difficult to see the islands in the dark and have burst a tyre hitting the kerb around them
