Surface breaking up and potholes

Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 08:57, Friday 31 January 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

The "repair" under bridge at the exit of the roundabout going down Station road has not been completed properly.

The temporary work done yesterday was not completed and is faulty... The surface is already breaking up and crumbling and the potholes are reappearing.

Send the repair crew back to fix the job they bodged yesterday.

If left at it is then it will be back as it was within a week.

  • No that is not acceptable... this is not a new report and should not be dealt with in the normal way according to your risk matrix.

This was a faulty repair that was not completed properly... the contractor who did the work has not done their job properly and you need to get them back out to the job properly that they clearly didn't when they came out.

When you pay to have a job done, it should be done. And this wasn't done. So the contractor who did the work should redo the work.

The work you commissioned has not been completed.
