Drain is blocked, water was accumulating after rainfall, the gully has been cleaned but the problem seems to look like when water goes In drain it comes back up

This has been added to our programme of works. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out, we work on a priority based risk matrix in line with our Highway Inspection Policy and therefore programme times can change due to priority based working.

The problem is now elevating., running water from the road now getting through the worn road edging., and now filling the drain , which in turn is blocked ( situated on pathway) this in turn is now entering our driveway to the extent its now leaving floodwater above dpc and entering airbrick.,
