It is a very large 90year old tree adjacent to the footpath outside 4 Princes Close Chilton HP18 9LNthe overall condition of the tree is suspect but of immediate concern are some branches that have broken of and are hanging high in the tree ready to fall as there is a public footpath below it is a risk to passers-by and the occupants of No4 creating a serious Health & Saftey risk
