Turning circle at bottom of Hartmoor Close HP14 3QL.

2 Gully large slabs (?) situated in the road that direct the rain water from drain to drain were loose and rocked slightly when driven over but have overnight lifted up and are sticking up . Rain volume? they are now dangerous as it is a turning circle and cars and pedestrians could sustain damage. The slabs can be found at the bottom of the close on right hand side when viewed from entrance to Hartmoor close
