Manhole Cover and road defect O/S No. 16 Tring Road HP20 1LF. The manhole cover here bangs when cars drive over it. Also the cover is loose because the tarmac around it has broken away. This was reported previously but the problem has become much worse recently. The tarmac and chippings are being thrown up on to the footpath. Please inspect and repair ASAP. Thank you.
