  • This drain has still not been unblocked . Now the puddle builds up even larger. As we now have a lot of HGVs going past house. 3 housing jobs, HS2 and east west train line . the lorry are splashing puddle up the house causing damage to brickwork and some dampness inside the house. Also The water is sitting on drive not draining away which is causing sinkage. Yesterday a old lady got a soaking while trying to cross rd to the doctors. If we have a cold snap and it freezes it will be very dangerous .

  • Today is very bad. The blocked drain is causing a lot of damage today with the heavy rain. The water is now being squirted all over my car my drive. It is causing a lot of problems to the front of my house and window. When will this strain be unblocked. The grill was supposed to be replaced on 22 December. Please advise how can I escalate this situation. I may have to start legal proceedings now.
