Edge of carraigeway heading towards junction with drayton road aprox 50-75m before makshift layby

Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 09:45, Wed 4 March 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Newly formed large deep pothole. This is a previous fix that has come apart and now become very large and deep. Forced into this today by large heavy goods vehicle travelling in opposite direction. Caused instant tyre deflation on impact. This is a common problem on this road which is in a sorry state of repair due to HGV's using it as a cut through from the A421 bottledump through newton Longville to the A4146. In any case this pothole has now reformed and will need urgent repair to prevent further tyre/wheel damage. it is unavoidable in oncoming traffic.
