Wooburn Green Lane

Reported in the Road surface category anonymously at 21:46, Wed 4 March 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

There are many very deep potholes that seem to have developed suddenly along Wooburn Green Lane from the Green up to Holtspur. This is a straight stretch of road and the potholes are all the way along at intervals next to the pavement/verges and some in the middle of the road. This is an urgent matter as the impact to the frame of the car is significant and would unseat a cyclist. At the top of the hill approaching Holtspur the work carried out within the last year is already deteriorating over the flyover. Does anyone from the Council inspect roadworks after a contractor has been appointed to fix the problem? Similarly in Ledborough Lane contractors were appointed to install speed humps and the workmanship is appalling. This is taxpayers money being wasted of poor standards.
