The traffic lights timing is irregular on The Pastures and A40 juction lights

The traffic lights timing is irregular on The Pastures and A40 junction. When on green only 2 to 3 vehicles can exist the junction before the lights change back to red. In busy periods traffic backs up to the top of The Pastures Hill. Lights need to be calibrated to the correct settings by an engineer.
