Approaching Major Roundabout, before turning left into Chalfont St Peter

Reported in the Road surface category anonymously at 15:18, Friday 13 March 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The entire road surface has failed, the upper wearing course is now broken into and is very slippery during wet months. There are 2 or 3 large potholes that have grown in size. I have seen cars nearly crashing into each other due to the failed road surface.
