Right hand wheel track of left hand carriageway approaching Bletchley roundabout on A421

A421 London Rd roundabout to Bletchley roundabout. 3000mm long X 500mm sunken wheel track rhs of carriageway. 1000mm of which is now collapsed to a depth of 100-125mm. Could deteriorate further very quickly with the amount of lorry traffic. This has been present for 3 months but during the last two weeks has deteriorated to the present very noisy situation.
