Large Pothole 30" x 15" (at widest point) - Cross Road Beaconsfield
Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 22:00, Sun 29 March 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2075661.
My wife twisted her angle on this pothole and had it been previously reported, Bucks County Council (BCC) would have been on the receiving end of a claim. With people being asked to walk keeping a safe distance form others and this being a popular route for walkers, this pothole needs to be repaired ASAP. There are no lights along road and someone else could also be injured. And I should metion, the ditches on the side of the road are full of litter which needs to be removed.
I suspect BCC's partner contractor (Ringway Jacobs) will be using the Coronavirus to do nothing, although hither too, they have had no excuse for their poor delivery of their side of the Transport for Bucks contract. The roads around Beaconsfeld are a disgrace especially Station Road/Aylesbury End (B474) which is worse than one would expect in a third world country
