Missing metalwork in gully on Main Street
Reported in the Road surface category anonymously at 14:45, Sun 12 April 2020
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
Gully in road is silted up, as previously reported, However it should be noted that a part of the gully's metalwork is missing at the point where the gully drains into the culvert under Main St. This part has been overlooked in past cleaning works and is probably an additional cause for this gully silting so rapidly after cleaning. This repair work needs to done prior, or in conjunction with any cleaning, otherwise the problem will not be fully resolved.
