Brook house (rental) has had black bags and three dustbins out for 3 weeks, these are on the side of the road they have been asked to make them safe, but as its a rental they don't , all the black bags have food stuff and wrappers in which have been ripped open by vermin and foxes so now old food stuff is over the road. and grass verges , not only is this anti social but dangerous as foxes rats and now deer are on the road creating danger to drivers plus Park Road is a main outlet for ambulances ,

Danger from vermin, danger to road users because of animals ripping open bags and being on the road, one deer killed this weekend, rats and foxes on the road, Park road is a main road for hospital users,
