Road Surfacw

Reported in the Road surface category anonymously at 12:15, Saturday 16 May 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Despite numerous requests from residents in the close, yet again the temporary ‘fix’ has been carried out Numerous vehicles have been victim to the huge potholes that have formed over the past few years, yet every single time your ‘fix’ is carried out, two weeks later all the tarmac has lifted and we are back to square one The road is disgraceful I have previously had my house on the market and am very sad to say the potential buyers have all stated the same issue why they would not purchase the house..... the state of the road, as soon as you drive down the road it is diabolical We have all been raising issues with the problems yet we are told time and time again that the road would be resurfaced. To date temporary shoddy fixes have taken place with no long term solution Please somebody drive down this road and tell me that this is acceptable? Three punctures and a ball joint have gone on my vehicle due to no longer being able to dodge the holes, only this week again has tarmac been thrown over the holes (not even sealed) I guarantee that another 4 it will all be churned up and we are back to dodge the holes if you can Please kindly send someone to identify the issues we are having here Surely it is time for you to rectify the situation and fully resurface the road completely. Residents are so fed up, disgruntled and really running out of options what to do next. Do you wish us to fund and organise the resurfacing and invoice the council direct? Please please kindly come and take a look at the road, it’s a disgrace Thank you
