The entry gate to the public footpath running at the back of Carver Hill Road with entrance from end of Carver Hill Road, turn left on entering Tom Burts Hill

Reported in the Refuse and recycling (Missed bin) category anonymously at 10:09, Tue 19 May 2020

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

The large builders' bag of waste was blocking the gate to the footpath that runs along the back of Carver Hill Road this morning but access is now possible after someone moved it to one side, if you park at the dead end part of Carver Hill Road and enter Tom Burts Hill here, turn left and the entry to the footpath is on your left where the waste bag has been dumped, it appears to have been dumped last night/early this morning as it was not there yesterday, this path is well used by dog walkers and even more residents, particularly older people, have been walking here during the lockdown
