The surrounds of the metal cover are exposed and the cover is subsiding

The cover is now looser than it was. A person from TfB did inspect it in my presence about three weeks ag but offered no timescale for repair. Indeed did not know what the cover covered! So whether it was TfB or Anglian Water responsibility. Also questioned whether it actually on public highway. There has been no feedback from TfB.
