Thank you for your reply and "closing my report".
Unfortunately your reply is incorrect and in no way satisfactory. Your reasons for not clearing our gullys are unreasonable. We don't actually care if you have a blockage/collapse on down the stream. We live at the top of the hill and our drives would not fill with water and mud if you cleared the gullys and drainage pipes to the ditch/stream as you are supposed to do. This applies to our whole street.
Your drainage crew were not working anywhere near the pub, they were 2 doors down from our houses!
Have you properly done a proper inspection of these drains and the ditch? Did you do one before all the new bulding started about 4 years ago and are these on going? Surely it is just like a party wall inspection and agreement? If the bulders damage BCC roads during constuction then you can insist they, (not us tax payers) meet the costs to repair their damage? Nobody on the council monitored their traffic (all HGVs) nobody at tha council continues to do this. You only have youselves to blame that this is not rectified. In the short term please, kindly get our your drains and gullys cleared in our road ASAP. Long term, get a plan in place to get the ditch/stream/culvert cleared and any under road drains repaired. DW
Dear Dominic Walker, Reference report number 40133813 Thank you for your recent communication with Transport for Buckinghamshire with regards to Green End Street, Aston Clinton. The drainage crew were in attendance to deal with a specific issue on Green End Street by the pub and they have identified a potential collapsed pipe. Further CCTV works are planned at this location at a later date. The remaining gullies will be cleaned following these investigations. The open ditches remain the responsibility of the adjacent landowners. This includes any sections that have been piped to allow vehicular access over the ditch.
Thank you for your enquiry but this report is now closed.
Thank you for your report which is currently under review.
We will investigate this and if you have provided an email address, we respond to you within 10 working days.
We will continue to update you by email (if provided) when your report reaches key stages.

This problem as expected is worse than ever now it has rained!! You have done absolutely nothing and now our neighbour cannot get her son out in his wheelchair. A proper fix by you is well overdue, you should be ashamed by your lack of progress. Please do something ASAP, Thanks Dom Walker.
