Opposite number 21 Hivings Hill

Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 10:39, Wednesday 27 May 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The tree on Hivings Hill is seriously overhanging and encroaching onto our property. The branches are falling off and into our garden. The major winds we had recently caused a huge branch approximately 12ft to fall into our garden, this could have caused major injury had we been using the garden at the time. We have grandchildren that use the garden and are in constant danger as long as this tree overhangs the way it is currently overhanging. We are constantly clearing broken twigs which causes havoc when mowing the lawn. Needless to say during the autumn this tree causes additional problems with the amount of leaves that fall into our garden which has an affect on the growth of the grass. This is a danger to us and a real inconvenience and we would appreciate this tree being cut right back to not overhang onto our property
