Pavement and road outside Bakers, Greengrocer, Butcher, Chemist, etc

Could the parking outside the row of shops in High Street be restricted during shop opening times please. These shops get very busy, and the queues often overlap.

With the added problem of constant cars parking and going, it makes it very difficult to have any social distancing as per Government guidelines bThank you.
