17th June: There has been no communication with regards to this ongoing issue. It's over 10 working days since I reported it again - the first occasion I was sent a note saying it was 'fixed and report now closed'. It certainly isn't fixed. The drain has not been touched. It is still very much blocked and has been for way over 12 months as started in all previous comms. This needs to be taken care of - especially with all this rain !

It's now 29th June. I first reported this ongoing issue on 25th May 2020 ref number: 40134508. The case was closed without it even being looked at!! I reported the exact same issue on 4th June again which raised a new case reference: 40135175 and have received NO correspondence, despite trying to contact the council and also guidelines clearly state it will be looked at with 10 working days. What is happening ?? Why was the original case closed without even being inspected?? When is this going to be resolved and fixed??

FixMyStreet is being updated in Buckinghamshire to improve how problems get reported.
As part of this process we are closing all reports made before the update.
All of your reports will have been received and reviewed by Buckinghamshire but, if you believe that this issue has not been resolved, please open a new report on it.
Thank you.
