Between the traffic island outside no 67 Lower Road and the public footpath over the frilds

The hedge along Lower Road in this area is now very overgrown and there is approx a 1 metre depth of nettles coming out from the overgrown hedge as well which are now protruding into the pavement at over a meter high. It is also a cycle track as well as a footpath and there is no where to go when a cycle comes past you whilst walking (especially as we are supposed to be social distancing) Oddly a small portion was cut back outside No 65/63 about 3 weeks ago but the rest has been left?? (see pic). The pavement also has a 3inch high drift of silt and mud adding to the lack of pavement left to walk on
