Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Concrete Road - cracked concrete slabs/blocks lifting up in road. Middle of road. Outside 1A and 2A Woodland Way SL7 3LD When driven over makes a loud noise within homes. It has been like this since December 2019. The part sticking up in the road had not settled back down, it rocks around on the spot. When 1A was built, the road was dug up for the water, electricity and drainage, so three times!! Since then the concrete has cracked in the frost and a repair was done with a whole segment being replaced by tarmac about 4-6 years ago approx. Grass is growing in the road now and more cracks are appearing.
