Car with broken gearbox has been abandoned outside my house

This car was left by a lady who said the gearbox was broken at it will be left here. i asked her politely to move it which she declined to do. she doesnt live in the area. i am currently looking to move house but its a very big eyesore when i have a trashed and demolished car outside my house which clearly doesnt look fit to be on the road. and after running it through DVLA. doesnt even had a valid MOT. and she has been driving it. please can you get this car moved or have a notice placed on it because i also find it very hard to get my bikes in and out of my garden as you can clearly see the only access i have is the steps. thanks. the car is parked outside my house on 44 gayhurst road. the car has been here for about 8 weeks.
