Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2149835.
Since August 2016 we have been unable to drive of our drive straight, without the bottom of our vehicles scraping the road. After removing the wall around our drive, we have been able to drive of at an angle (where the curb is raised) but even now we are very close to our vehicles making contact with the road.
There seems to be a dip where the road meets the edge of the pathway, which is the main access onto our drive. Could be due to where the pathway is giving way. This has worsened over the years due to delivery vehicles pulling up and parking on this area of the path when delivering their goods.
Further along, near the corner, the raised curb has sunk also (see photo 2).

Just concerned this may continue to the point that we will not be able to access and use our driveway.
