Hello, Further to my recent phone call, sorry but I was unable to upload photos yesterday when I received the email with opened case, and today was notified it was closed. Repair done against Case Ref nb 40134033 Although this is closed the repair of the collapsed metal cover (access to Virgin Media cable) in front of the Virgin Media box seems to be a temporary repair which is already showing signs of failure. It seems the collapsed metal cover has just been covered with tarmac proud of the pavement surface by 20mm and there is already a crack in the repair which may have been caused by people stepping on the repair causing some flexing of the metal cover beneath the tarmac cover. In fact when I stepped on the area there was clearly some movement and the cracks were seen to open.
