Eastern Street, Aylesbury - opposite No.5

The commercial bins from the businesses along Cambridge Street (top of eastern street) have had their bins out on the street for the last 5 days, this is not where they are supposed to be located, it is unsightly and attracts rodents and other animals, please can we have these put back on the business premises.
