Good morning the tree outside our house On the corner of More Avenue and Penn road We’re very concerned about. In the last storms we’ve had I thought this tree was coming down. It’s leaning over quite a bit now. It’s hampering with my phone line and in strong winds recently you can see the ground moving. Halfway up the trunk before we had all this rain there was black tar like substance seeping out witch a gardener friend has said to me that the tree is rotten inside and needs to come down before it falls down. If you look at one photo it’s showing other trees up our street and ours doesn’t seem to be in much leaf this must indicate theirs something wrong. You recently removed a perfectly healthy tree up the street and I can’t understand why this one has gone un-noticed. If this tree outside our property does come down OR cause damage to our phone line or anything on our property we shall be holding you responsible for any repairs and costs. We understand that the wind snaps branches off and we deal with these matters but we think this one is more important. We’ve known this tree to be maintained once within our 20 or so years in this property
