Rainwater overflow onto street and a wide area surrounding many trees leaving ground waterlogged. Large puddles now collecting around the trees and shrubs. Water continually flowing down the street covering 50-100m length. This has now been present for many months but has become acutely worse affecting a much wider area in the last 2 days.

This problem is getting progressively worse extending up and down Templewood Lane. There is a drainage problem and/or some form of spring emanating from directly in front of Nairdwood on Templewood Lane. In all likelihood this is rainwater as the problem becomes acutely worse whenever it rains.
I understand the difficulties posed by the Covid-19 pandemic but this problem has been ignored and is getting worse.
Can someone please look into this as this is not a Thames Water issue but rather a council issue.
