Storm drain blocked solid

Every storm gulley on the north side of Hollybush Hill from the corner of the B416 to Cherry Orchard are blocked solid. The bottom of the dip in the road at the junction of Broom Hill regularly floods even in relatively light rain. This has been reported multiple times and has been an issue for years, however the flooding gets worse each year and the road which is a bus route is practically impassable at times. This is a serious hazard and the Highways Agency is failing in its duty to maintain and periodically cleanse the gullies, weirs and other drainage channels as required to do and has failed to address multiple reports of blocked drains in this location over a number of years.
