Recreational ground

The recreational playground for our children is seriously overgrown together with the area by the side of the stream of the left side of the development. This is a serious health and safety risk in addition to the vital need for such spaces during the Lockdown and only partial opening of Schools. The residents of Brooks Mews are being in a discriminatory manner paying almost £200 compared to other Aylesbury residents in service charges in addition to the council tax. Despite this we are in a worse off position.

We would request the council to treat us on par with other Aylesbury residents and provide and maintain the recreational facilities.
