Brae House Residents bins not housed properly and members of the public are contaminating bins so they are not emptied and are overflowing

This is an ongoing issue. The area is attracting rats. The bins are contaminated so they haven’t been collected. The residents have no control over the public using the bins due to the location and lack of secure storage. This issue has become a much bigger issue for the Cameron road residents as rats have been seen and litter is blowing onto private property. The alleyway where the bins are stored is used by school children on a daily basis and it’s now become very dangerous as there is broken glass on the ground.
