Hedsor road, hedge outside 1st two houses

Reported in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 11:44, Thursday 25 June 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The hedge at this point is very dense and very high and overhangs the road, which makes it impossible for eastbound vehicles to see the cars attempting to turn out of Heavens Lea - they can’t even see that there’s a road junction. Conversely, the cars pulling out of Heavens Lea can’t see if a car is coming and whether it is safe to pull out. The overhang of the hedge forces vans onto the right hand side of the road, which means that when you pull out a van can be accelerating towards your car, on the wrong side of the road. It’s dangerous. The residents cut back a third of the hedge last year, following the last complaint, they need to cut it all back, so that the whole verge is clear to increase visibility and make it safe. Sorry, but it is really dangerous.
