Between the side of the Chequers Inn Pub and the front of the access road to the right of the timber framed & white painted houses opposite
Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 09:43, Fri 3 July 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2183754.
Both the drain highlighted on the map and the one to it's left on the opposite side of the road (outside the from of the Chequers Inn pub flooded last night and water backed up after a short sharp shower. I am concerned that due to the water backing up near my property, this may lead to more severe flooding in the Autumn/Winter if not dealt with now. The water drained away after about an hour of the rain stopping but this is very worrying. Cars were driving past pushing waves closer to my house. The water rose about 5 inches up my wellies when I stood on the blocked grate/ above ground level.

Flooding still severe when raining heavy as drains have not been cleared even though it's nearly a year since I reported them. All grates down the road back up and cause water to run down church Lane.
