Response received from TfB, BUT with no indication of specifically where to go next to get the issue resolved! "Dear John Bailie, Reference report number 40137423 Thank you for your report. We have now inspected/assessed your enquiry. Unfortunately this is not the responsibility of Transport for Buckinghamshire. The Local Government Act 1972 provides for local authorities to arrange for some of its activities to be delivered by another local authority and it is this power Buckinghamshire Council are using to devolve a range of transportation activities (including urban grass cutting, unauthorised signs/ flyposting removal, hedge cutting/enforcement and some weed spraying) to Town and Parish Councils.
