147 Desborough Avenue

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 11:14, Friday 10 July 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Dear Sirs,

I had reported an issue in the week. Reference report number 40137655, but have been informed it was sent to the wrong department.

The owners of 147 Desborough Avenue keep leaving their bins and rubbish bags on the road weeks before collection day and when the rubbish is collected they do not take their bins in blocking the pavement making it difficult for women with push chairs and the elderly on disable buggies. The bags left on the road are often blown i the middle of the road if there are strong winds scattering the rubbish and also in the night there are foxes and cats that can tear into the bags. Please can someone please look into this and remind them not to leave the bins on the road for weeks before to collection day and not to leave additional rubbish bags on the road
