Junction of Russell Court & Preston Hill

Reported in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 18:31, Friday 17 July 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Hedges on both sides of the junction are encroaching and blocking the footpath, pedestrians now have to enter the road to get past the overgrowth. This is a serious hazard to the visually impaired and a general hazard for others. The hedges may or may not belong to the flats, not been able to find that out.
