Park in major disrepair

Look at the state of the park. It is in major disrepair and an unusable state. The children have not been able to use the park in over 4mts and now that they can it’s like this. The bins were reported as vandalised/in need of replacement before lockdown. Other towns have had/got whole new play equipment and yet the only park in our town is in this state. It requires remedying.
