There is a loose rainwater drain cover that is very noisy a car drives over it. Which is very often.!! It's disturbing the sleep of the residents of Buckingham Place. It could be an environmental health issue. Been getting steadly worse for 3 months.

Hello..!! I notice that there are road closures planned for the road with the defective drain cover. I believe the planned work is to remove the massive planters..? It MUST make sense to fix this drain cover at the same time..? Please confirm that you are considering this.? Many thanks.
