  • This blockage is now in excess of 4 months since being reported. It is still blocked and there is a constant leakage of water running from it. Now winter coming and the frosts, it is going to make the road unnecessarily slippery, so now becomes an injury risk. Please can this be assessed at your earliest opportunity, thank you.
