HP12 4AW cressex Road - loose drain cover

Loose drain cover making a loud noise every time a vehicle goes past. outside 1-5 Rowan Place on the Cressex Road heading towards the roundabout. Problem for over three weeks, road maintenance here last week thought they had come to mend, put a road sign and temp traffic lights near by but I came home a few hours later and it hadn't been repaired. Itrs keeping people awake at night.
